Organization Overview
From our beginning in 2009, Red Chair Press has been dedicated to publishing series to engage children in stories that provide models for strong character and good behavior. By working with only the highest-quality artists from around the world, we ensure our books appeal to a wide range of readers. Our first Funny Bone Readers were released in January 2010 and have been read by children around the world: in the UK, Korea, Germany, Italy, France, South Africa and Mexico. Our titles are licensed broadly in language markets such as Sweden, China, Vietnam, and South Korea. Red Chair Press Books for Young Readers (ages 8 to 10/gr 2-4) chapter books and award-winning elementary fiction for young readers. One Elm Books (ages 8 and up/gr 2-9) Our new trade imprint of single-title intermediate chapter books and middle grade fiction; highly reviewed and award-winning.
