Friends of Fantasy

Friends of Fantasy Day

An annual celebration that connects readers, authors and independent bookstores through a shared love of fantasy and the fantasy-adjacent.

Participating bookstores host their own celebrations, such as author signings, fantasy displays, book blind dates, discounts on featured titles, costume contests, scavenger hunts, crafts, D&D one-shots, and themed drinks and treats. Libro.fm runs a Friends of Fantasy audiobook sale in the weeks around the day.

Bookstores can still sign up to host an event through the interest form on the Friends of Fantasy website.
