Come together to share ideas, ask questions of each other, problem-solve, and brainstorm on a specific topic.
An education committee member will open each meeting, keep everyone on topic, and make space for all voices.

Conflict can be generative! Offer helpful feedback and respectful disagreement.

Keep It Professional – Avoid overly personal stories or off-topic anecdotes unless they directly support your point.
