Blanket Fort Gatherings, a small business that designs immersive experiences for book communities, is hosting a free evening of fun for our Heartland attendees. Join us in kicking off this year’s Heartland Forum with something magical! 

About the Event

On October 6, the floor opens and the Dungeon Crawler Carl series will come to life in a new and absurd way.

Join your fellow Heartland participants for an evening crawling through this gloriously unhinged world, completing team challenges, earning XP, and trying very hard not to get killed by goblins. The Syndicate is watching. So is Donut. Only one of them is rooting for you.

Expect a gamemaster-led experience with hilarious tasks and thoughtful discussion  — plus, we promise you'll be in bed by 10pm (if your team survives, that is.)

The Details

• If you've read the series, you're going to lose your mind a little. If you haven't, the Syndicate tells us that all are welcome in the dungeon.
