Proposed Updates to MIBA's Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws

In accordance with MIBA's 2026 Strategic Plan, the twelve-member Board of Directors has proposed updates to the organization's Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws to meet the needs of our membership with greater clarity and representation. We need membership to vote to approve or reject these changes.
